This site is built as an authored photography platform. Privacy handling is kept intentionally minimal: essential technical behavior, direct email contact, and no advertising tracker layer.
The site currently uses essential browser storage only for interface behavior such as route transitions, return-state handling and scene continuity. This storage stays in the browser and is not used to build advertising profiles.
No analytics, ad network, remarketing pixel or third-party tracking script was detected in the current public build during this review on June 28, 2026.
When you use the inquiry flow, the site prepares a direct email draft rather than sending your message through a hidden server database. Once you choose to send that email, your message is processed by your email provider and by the studio mailbox used to answer the request.
Inquiry details may include your name, contact information, project context, scheduling needs, usage goals and any material you decide to share in order to receive a reply.
Like most modern websites, hosting and delivery infrastructure may temporarily process technical request data such as IP address, device or browser information, request timing and error logs for security, performance and abuse prevention.
That processing is treated as technical site operation, not as audience resale or advertising enrichment.
If you send references, decks, attachments or booking information by email, that material is used only to review the inquiry, answer the request and, when relevant, prepare a production or licensing conversation.
Nothing in this policy grants the studio rights to republish your private materials beyond what is necessary to respond to the inquiry unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information that you shared directly by contacting info@brenych.com. If a legal, accounting or contractual obligation requires retention, only the necessary record will be kept for that purpose.
This page may be revised when the site adds new features, analytics, booking systems, installs a different inquiry pipeline or introduces a broader commerce layer. Material changes should be reflected here with a new update date.
