Licensing discussions may include, but are not limited to, the following categories:
Editorial features, interviews, magazines and digital publications.
Fashion, beauty, designer, lookbook or branded campaign use.
Press kits, exhibition support material and cultural institution features.
Archive research, historical image requests and publication clearances.
Collector, print or presentation use where a separate release is appropriate.
What to include in a request
To move quickly, include the image or series reference, intended use, media format,
placement, territory, timeline, duration, exclusivity needs and whether the use is
editorial, commercial, cultural or private.
If the request is connected to a publication, exhibition or client commission, include the
project name and the decision-maker or organization involved.
Rights position
Unless a written license states otherwise, all rights remain reserved. A booking inquiry, a
preview exchange, a PDF deck or a conversation about availability does not itself grant
usage permission.
Credit and context
Licensed use may require specific credit language, approval of crop or presentation context,
and confirmation that the image is not placed in a misleading, defamatory or exploitative
setting.

Editorial and archive requests can usually begin with a concise note; larger campaign or
exhibition requests should include the fuller production frame.
